Business Development Associate (Prince Albert)

Business Development Associate Evergreen Nissan Evergreen Nissan is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident using word tracks, organized with follow-up, and has experience in administration, customer service, or phone-based roles. Responsibilities - Call and confirm service appointments - Book service appointments and follow up with customers - Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule their service visit - Follow up with customers after service visits - Call customers regarding satisfaction surveys and help ensure surveys are completed - Assist with customer check-in on the service drive - Identify customers who may be interested in upgrading their vehicle and book sales appointments - Work closely with the Service, Parts, and Sales teams - Maintain accurate notes and customer follow-up records What We’re Looking For - Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality - Excellent communication and phone skills - Strong ability to follow word tracks and handle customer conversations confidently - Customer service or administrative experience - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Comfortable using computers and dealership/customer management systems - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Dealership experience is an asset, but not required Why Join Evergreen Nissan?
