Front-End UI Web Developer (Saskatchewan)

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Onsite preferred; hybrid considered) Start Date: June 29, 2026 Duration: October 31, 2027 Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview Our client are seeking a Front-End (UI) Web Application Developer to support a team building modern, custom web applications. This role is focused exclusively on front-end development, working alongside an established back-end team. Key Responsibilities Develop user interfaces, components, and reusable front-end elements Write, test, and deploy high-quality code Collaborate with team members through code reviews and version control practices Document technical solutions and code Participate in demos and knowledge sharing Work with CI/CD pipelines and development workflows Required Experience 5+ years of front-end development experience Strong proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS (including frameworks such as Tailwind, SASS, or similar) Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript Experience working with modern React ecosystems (e.g., Next.js, Vite, TanStack or similar) Experience building design systems and reusable component libraries Experience with client-side state management and data flow Experience developing single-page applications (SPAs) integrating with APIs and back-end systems Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library or similar) Proficiency with Git Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Experience implementing error handling, logging, and performance optimization Nice to Have Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Familiarity with modern .NET environments Experience writing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud or hosting environments (serverless, containers, IaaS/PaaS) Please note: This is a consulting/contract chance with a client of ISM - A Kyndryl Company, not a full-time employment vacancy within ISM/Kyndryl.
