Business Development Representative Saskatchewan

Stratus Clean Saskatoon is searching for an ambitious salesperson to serve as Business Development Representative. With extensive training, solid support, and lead‑generation assistance, you will develop the skills to sell with confidence. We offer the right person the opportunity to develop into management positions and beyond. Responsibilities Driving the entire sales process, including prospecting, management of self‑generated and company‑provided leads, proposal development, contract and pricing negotiations, Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, delivery of customized presentations and post‑close contract implementation. Developing and executing strategic business development plans within a designated geographic territory to achieve company growth objectives. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Staying up to date on industry and market trends to identify cutting-edge business opportunities. Continuously assessing and reporting on sales cycle activity, pipeline development, and sales goal tracking through the use of the CRM tool (HubSpot) and ongoing communication with the Regional Director. Collaborating with the Regional Director to learn about client’s needs, position Stratus comprehensive solutions, and deliver high‑quality services. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for work use. High school diploma or equivalent. Desired Skills and Abilities Previous sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Solid communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations. Strong organizational skills to effectively plan client prospecting and meetings, reporting and goal achievement. Previous experience with CRM tools and Google‑based apps.
