Business Development Associate Evergreen Nissan Evergreen Nissan is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, has strong phone skills, and thrives in a customer-focused setting. The ideal candidate is confident using word tracks, organized with follow-up, and has experience in administration, customer service, or phone-based roles. Responsibilities Call and confirm service appointments Book service appointments and follow up with customers Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule their service visit Follow up with customers after service visits Call customers regarding satisfaction surveys and help ensure surveys are completed Assist with customer check-in on the service drive Identify customers who may be interested in upgrading their vehicle and book sales appointments Work closely with the Service, Parts, and Sales teams Maintain accurate notes and customer follow-up records What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Excellent communication and phone skills Robust ability to follow word tracks and handle customer conversations confidently Customer service or administrative experience Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and dealership/customer management systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dealership experience is an asset, but not required Why Join Evergreen Nissan?
