Data & AI Consultant (Saskatchewan)

This role is responsible for leading enterprise Data & AI engagements, ensuring successful delivery of modern data platform and AI transformation initiatives. The individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes through scalable data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud-native analytics, and Client Fabric capabilities including OneLake, Power BI, Data Factory, Synapse, Real-Time Analytics, and AI-enabled data services. This role requires a balance of strategic engagement management, technical understanding, governance leadership, and delivery oversight. Required Skills & Qualifications Data & AI program and engagement management Experience leading enterprise Data & AI transformation programs Strong understanding of Client Fabric ecosystem and Azure data services Knowledge of modern data architectures including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native analytics platforms Experience with Power BI, data governance, data integration, and enterprise reporting solution Client Fabric architecture and platform expertise Client and stakeholder management Executive communication and governance Cross-functional team leadership Agile delivery and transformation management Risk, dependency, and escalation managementPrior work experience at client or in client's Industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with AI/ML enablement, generative AI use cases, and data readiness strategies Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and large cross-functional delivery teams Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, delivery partners, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across strategic objectives and program priorities. Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and client executives, providing clear communication on program status, business value realization, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions. Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and stakeholder workshops to drive decision-making, alignment, and accountability across Data & AI initiatives. Define, manage, and control program scope across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives, contractual commitments, and delivery timelines. Lead scope planning and prioritization activities, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, validated, and aligned with enterprise transformation goals. Implement governance processes for scope control, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery quality assurance. Coordinate with architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams to ensure solution scope is technically achievable, scalable, and aligned to Client Fabric best practices. Drive program transparency through executive dashboards, status reporting, RAID logs, and governance reviews to maintain visibility into delivery health and business outcomes. Oversee implementation of enterprise data platforms leveraging Client Fabric, Azure data services, Power BI, data integration pipelines, and modern lakehouse architectures. Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives by aligning business use cases with data readiness, platform capabilities, and operational adoption strategies.
