Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a Desktop Support skilled to enhance end-user computing by providing expert technical assistance and maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operation within the organization. You will transpose your skills in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues while deploying and supporting computing devices. Your involvement will help standardize IT processes and enhance the end-user experience. This position requires an understanding of both technical and customer service aspects in IT support.
