What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and report audit procedures focused on financial controls over financial reporting to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Act as a financial controls advisor, working closely with process owners to maintain an effective control environment. Conduct assessments of control design over new and changing financial processes, identify and document controls, design test plans, and evaluate results. Collaborate with owners to identify improvement opportunities in control design. Advise on process documentation and adequacy of controls within specific process areas. Design and test operating effectiveness of financial controls over financial reporting. Test IT controls related to financial processes. Review and assess the results of financial and IT control testing with process owners. Recommend and monitor remediation of controls with owners as needed. Maintain comprehensive financial control documentation and obtain management sign‑off in each area of responsibility. What You’ll Bring CPA designation or related degree is required. Six to eight years of related experience. Prior financial control or audit experience focused on documentation and testing of financial controls and IT system controls. Experience with SOx in SAP, Oracle, or Peoplesoft is an asset. Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines amid shifting priorities. Proficiency with Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Working knowledge of the COSO framework. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role in Loveland, CO is $87,000 – $136,620, based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Actual compensation may differ. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage for full‑time positions. A retirement program encourages saving with generous employer matching. Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and paid personal and maternity/parental leave are also provided. An employee assistance program is available. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for our annual incentive plan with discretionary payouts tied to company performance. Pay decisions also consider internal equity.
