Role Summary Environmental Scientist or Technologist – Swift Current office. Will assist multiple projects, interacting with multi‑disciplinary staff, regulatory agencies and clients. Compensation: $26.00 to $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist with easy to moderately complex contaminated site field investigations or reclamation projects. Act as a leader using Our Standard Operating Safety and Technical Procedures. Supervise sub‑contractors. Perform the initial interpretation of field data to make field‑related decisions. Work with senior technical advisors to ensure high quality products that meet client needs. Communicate and liaise with clients and project‑related stakeholders. Manage project timelines and budgets. Prepare technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates and summary reports. Qualifications & Skills Experience managing assessment, reclamation, remediation and monitoring projects for Oil and Gas clients within a consulting environment (asset). Degree or technical diploma in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, reclamation, or engineering. Eligibility for registration or maintaining good standing in a professional organization. Self‑motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan regulatory framework. Experience writing technical reports. Valid and clean driver’s license with no restrictions. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Occurs in office and outdoor settings; may be deployed on emergency response. Typical requirements: sitting, standing, walking; lifting 50 pounds several times a day; overhead lifting over 20 pounds; exposure to hot, cold, extreme weather, sunlit, rainy, and windy conditions.
