Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and the Director of Talent, the Human Resources Advisor plays a vital role in supporting a diverse range of Human Resource functions. This specialized position involves managing employee relations, interpreting, and administering policies, facilitating workplace practices, and providing guidance on various HR matters. Duties and Responsibilities Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a proactive approach to workplace dynamics. Policy Administration: Interpret and administer HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization. Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes and contribute to the development of performance improvement plans. Discipline: Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies, ensuring fair and consistent application. Provide guidance on termination procedures when necessary. Employment Law: Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, while working alongside the legal team to advise management on compliance and potential impact on HR practices. Employment Contracts: Assist in the creation and review of employment contracts ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards. Succession and Workforce Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of succession and workforce planning initiatives to support talent development and retention.
