Vice President Operations (Saskatchewan)

Vice President Operations Food Manufacturing Saskatchewan, Canada QLM is partnering with a vertically integrated food business with ambitious plans to accelerate growth and value creation through operational excellence and supply chain performance. Reporting to the Executive Team, the Vice President Operations will lead Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Planning across a three-site North American network. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear mandate: drive a step-change in productivity, yield, customer service, operational discipline, and team capability while building a high-performance culture capable of supporting future growth. Key Requirements - Senior manufacturing leadership experience within food, ingredients, consumer products, or related process industries. - Experience leading multi-site operations or a large-scale manufacturing facility. - Robust operational excellence capability with a track record of improving productivity, yield, service, and cost performance. - Ability to develop leaders, strengthen organisational capability, and drive cultural change. - Commercial /GM mindset to partner with innovation and sales teams to build and commercialise new solutions for customers - Beyond manufacturing has an exposure to supply chain, and planning management and principles An outstanding opportunity to shape the future performance and growth trajectory of a scaling business.
