Our customers have terabytes of data that need to be analyzed for the largest supply chains imaginable. It’s Big Data with an impact. Annual cash compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, plus a discretionary 10% company bonus. Design and implement high-performance, scalable and maintainable analytics algorithms to solve business problems Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards. Define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans. Write unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free software. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using testing frameworks and tools. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of learning and growth. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continued evolution and improvement of the development process and software architecture. Development with object-oriented languages such as C++ Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum Use of common tools including MS Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube and AI Tools like CoPilot A love of data structures and algorithms, and the desire to apply them in the real world. Proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20), object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Ability to design high performance and scalable code. Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using testing frameworks and tools. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in C++. Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Finds opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through innovative application of AI or other tooling, while upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code-quality standards.
