This Senior Product Engineer role is central to moving complex optoelectronic products from design into volume manufacturing. The work shapes product performance, influences quality and reliability, and strengthens our partnerships across global engineering and manufacturing teams.Lead cross‐functional technical efforts that transition new optoelectronic products from R&D; into full‐scale production, ensuring alignment with design intent. Manage build readiness by defining prototype requirements, coordinating clear‐to‐build activities, and supporting manufacturing partners through each build phase. Oversee production performance, including yield tracking, cost‐reduction planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle. Guide failure analysis and troubleshooting activities with internal engineers and contract manufacturers. Define and maintain production test and process requirements in partnership with R&D;, Operations, and manufacturing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Opto‐Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. 7+ years of experience in the design, manufacture, or test of optoelectronic products. Demonstrated ability in solving technical challenges in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments. Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers or global suppliers. Ability to travel as required to support manufacturing transfer and ongoing production.Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools or database systems. Robust communication skills with the ability to support sales teams and customer discussions. Experience reviewing or maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Knowledge of return‐material processes and root‐cause analysis methodologies. Additional language skills (French, Spanish, or Thai).**Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
