Senior Civil Designer for Transmission Projects (Saskatchewan)

CIMA+ is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Designer to focus on Transmission Lines in a hybrid work setting. Contribute to significant infrastructure projects while utilizing your engineering skills and industry experience. In this role, you will work with the T&D; Lines Leadership Team on high-profile transmission initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing design solutions, ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards, and offering engineering guidance. You'll communicate with clients to establish design criteria and deliver comprehensive engineering documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design structures for transmission lines from 60 kV to 500 kV - Manage project documentation including proposals and test plans - Resolve complex engineering problems with analysis and judgment - Provide signed engineering deliverables as a Skilled of Record - Support construction phases and conduct field reviews Requirements: - University degree in Civil/Structural Engineering - Minimum five years of relevant transmission project experience - Expertise with CAD and design/analysis software - Strong English communication skills - Experience in project management and cost control Join CIMA+ to make a difference in Canada's energy landscape with your engineering expertise.
