Architectural Discipline Senior Architect You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. Establish and support the design vision of new projects and communicate the vision to the project team including sub-consultants Together with the Client, manage the project schedule and ensure the project remains on time and deliverable dates are met Oversee the coordination of the project (drawings / design/ specs) the project team Communicate with the Client and subconsultants as necessary to support the project Provide technical direction during the pre-design phase of the project including functional programming by preparing reports, sketches, and undertaking research Manage the overall design of the project and quality control of the documents Contribute to business development through proposal writing and Client engagement Assist with review and respond to RFPs and prepare project proposals Contribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees Learning & Development Commit to self-development and ongoing learning and professional development. Candidates will be a registered Architect who is licensed or able to be licensed in Ontario or the province they reside in Currently licensed architect in Ontario or licensed architect in Ontario within six months of hire Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office Suite Have a working knowledge in Revit and Bluebeam It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region.
