Manager, TCU Applications & Engineering (Saskatchewan)

In this position The successful candidate will lead a team of embedded developers and drive overall Telematics Control Unit (TCU) organizational engineering excellence, enabling the delivery of high‑quality TCU software releases as part of the Connectivity Platform organization. This role combines technical leadership, strategic direction, and people development to ensure scalable, reliable, and customer‑focused solutions. You’ll have Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study. Experience 10+ years’ hands‑on embedded software development experience in C/C++ and object‑oriented design. 7+ years’ experience leading embedded software development teams. Proven track record of designing software architecture, managing system integration, and debugging complex distributed systems through at least two complete product lifecycles. Even better, you may have Education : Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study. Experience Experience with up-to-date development, CI/CD, and collaboration tools, including SonarQube (static analysis), gcov (code coverage), Jenkins (CI/CD and job scheduling), JIRA (work tracking), and GitHub (version control). Experience with automotive embedded systems and software validation/testing. Experience with embedded Linux operating systems. Experience applying AI/ML techniques to software development and engineering. Experience with cloud platforms and data analytics/visualization tools.
