Join the NRC Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre as a Lithography Process Development Engineer, focusing on enhancing photolithography methods. This position requires full-time presence at our work location to drive impactful changes. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in semiconductor lithography and process optimization to take on complex challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge photonics projects and ensure top-quality results through rigorous process management. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize and develop effective photolithography processes - Lead cross-functional engineering projects for process enhancements - Define validation criteria to meet client demands - Liaise with CAD engineers for fabrication guidelines - Prepare comprehensive documentation and client reports Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Physical Sciences - 8+ years of hands-on semiconductor experience - Proficient with ASML lithography tools - Strong project management and client relationship skills - Familiarity with cleanroom protocols Utilize your skills in lithography to advance projects at NRC and contribute to photonics advancements.
