Financial Controller at Eclipse Foundation (Saskatchewan)

In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Your responsibilities will span financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process improvements across a global environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, balancing daily financial operations and long-term strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and improve accounting policies and internal controls - Lead and develop the accounting team and cross-functional partnerships - Oversee daily accounting operations and compliance requirements - Manage global accounting oversight and monthly close processes - Prepare accurate financial statements and KPI metrics Requirements: - 5+ years in progressive accounting with management experience - Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments - Solid knowledge of financial reporting and ERP systems - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - CPA designation is preferred but not required Bring your expertise in financial oversight and leadership to support the Eclipse Foundation's mission.
