What You'll Be Doing Road Maintenance: Operating a motor grader to maintain RM roads year‑round and clearing snow in the winter. Ditch Mowing: Occasionally operating the tractor to mow ditches. Equipment Maintenance: Keeping equipment in top shape through regular maintenance and minor repairs. Other Tasks: Operating additional municipal equipment as needed to keep everything running smoothly. What We're Looking For Self‑Sufficient & Mechanically Inclined: You enjoy working independently but are also a team player when help is needed. Minor repairs and equipment upkeep are part of the job. Valid Class 5 Driver's License: You must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and be willing to obtain any necessary safety tickets. A Class 1 or 3 license is a definite asset!
