Health Educator Senior for Community Development (Saskatchewan)

Excel as a Senior Health Educator focused on community development and Advance Care Planning initiatives. This role involves delivering vital education and resources to healthcare teams and the public. In partnership with the Director of Clinical Standards & Professional Practice, you will lead the Advance Care Planning program and develop impactful educational events. Your skills in adult education, end-of-life care, and health promotion will be critical in facilitating successful workshops and discussions that support informed healthcare choices.
