Instructor – Early Childhood Administration – Continuing Education Contract (ECE 110 – Administration of Early Learning Programs) Contract Start Date: 08/24/2026 - Contract End Date: 06/30/2027. Contract Rate: $60 per hour. Location: Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Regina Campus. Evaluate and record student progress with assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space). Work co‑operatively in an interdependent team environment. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities (QSA) Required Qualifications Recognized relevant four‑year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies, Bachelor’s in Child Development). Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher/ ECE Instructor. Knowledge of provincial regulations and ministry requirements related to early childhood education. Ability to create and manage budgets. Knowledge of human resources practices. Effective interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills (both oral and written). Effective instructional ability. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e‑mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
