"Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Education Bachelor\'s degree in a health related discipline Other Education and Training Degree in a Health or Human Services field acceptable to the Employer Bachelor of Addictions Counseling is acceptable Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable Competencies Basic - Interpersonal skills Basic - Writing skills Basic - Organizational skills Basic - Verbal communication skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to build and maintain effective relationships/partnerships Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Adhering to professional code of ethics, practice standards.
