This is a outstanding chance to be the initial customer support for the service team by greeting customers, answering phone calls, & performing a full range of service department activities. Responsibilities Manage customer repair, service, warranty order & reporting Perform admin duties accurately and efficiently Field customer inquiries to the Service Department Maintain Work In Progress & Product Improvement Program processes Work with Service Techs to ensure accurate customer communication Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge Follow all safety regulations Build positive and productive relationships with all departments Requirements Previous Service Admin experience Knowledge of accounting practices Excellent computer skills in MS Office & internet functions Positive attitude, attention to detail Exceptional communication and organizational skills A minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent Experience in an agriculture related field is an asset Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays Connect with us today!
