Responsibilities

Provide weekly face to face contact with youth;

Provide one-on-one, strength-based holistic and culturally relevant services to children and youth on assigned caseload;

Conducts a needs-based assessment with the guardian and care team;

Support cultural planning and learning and facilitate healthy relations and contact with family and community.

What You Will Bring To The Role

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Psychology or Education or significant progress towards obtaining

Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a social service setting

Experience working in a leadership capacity with youth-at-risk

Non-violent crisis intervention training

Occupational First Aid Level 1

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

Benefits and Compensation Wage Range:

The target hiring range for this position is $38.58 to $49.97 per hour. Placement within the wage range is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and internal equity.
