What You’ll Do - Clean and maintain residential homes to company standards - Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail living spaces - Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas - Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures - Communicate professionally with clients and team members - Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency on every clean What We’re Looking For - Strong attention to detail - Reliable and punctual - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing improvements - Professional and respectful in clients’ homes - Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle - Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required What We Offer - Full time hours - Monday–Friday schedule - Starting wage of $22/hour - Travel compensation and fuel allowance - Vacation pay - Supportive team environment - Opportunities for advancement and growth within the company - Consistent year-round work Why Work With Us?
