Pay Range: $18.9 - $20.4 Overview
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) perform in‑store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience. MEAs execute merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales and maximize inventory turns.Responsibilities
Merchandising: general service, tasking, pack‑down, and projects—read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set accurately per planogram, project instructions, and service guidelines. Straighten, clean, and merchandise product to present in a visually appealing manner. Maintain copies of the most recent planogram inside the upright beam adjacent to product set.Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools. Maintain, order, and install display material, signage, and brochures. Follow processes to conduct accurate price and label changes; replace incorrect, damaged, or missing price labels. Maintain aisle cleanliness so that merchandise is accessible and customers can move throughout aisles easily.Utilize store systems to access key merchandising reports, interpret findings, and execute actions accordingly. Maintain bay service records and other documentation as directed. Execute one‑off projects as required by the store, district, and regional leadership. Partner with store leadership to markdown damaged or unsellable merchandise.Answer questions regarding store and products for customers; partner with store associates to find necessary products to meet customer needs. Conduct inspections of returned and damaged items for return to vendor, following standard operating and safety procedures. Complete assigned training curriculum and other duties as assigned.Competencies

Basic computer skills and knowledge of web‑based applications. Interpersonal skills for teamwork; heavy reliance on team to accomplish goals. Ability to identify and correct safety hazards; follows safety policies and procedures. Attention to detail—stays attentive and aware, catches errors before completing assignments, and maintains high quality standards for work.Additional Requirements
Minimum Education: GED/Higher School Diploma or Equivalent. One year of relevant working experience. Travel Requirements
No travel required. Physical Requirements
Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items. Working Conditions
Versatile schedule starting early morning; warehouse environment that can be dusty and noisy; doors frequently open causing drafts and temperature changes.
