We are seeking an energetic and organized Fleet Operations Trainee Summer Student to support daily fleet operations during the summer term. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student interested in transportation, logistics, or operations who is eager to gain practical hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced work environment.You will assist with vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling support, equipment tracking, and operational record‑keeping while working closely with field staff and operations teams to help ensure smooth and efficient fleet activities. Support daily fleet operations Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections Assist with equipment deliveries and pickupsHelp ensure vehicle readiness for deployments Schedule maintenance and service appointments Liaise with field staff regarding operational and fleet needs Update inventory and equipment tracking systemsSupport fleet documentation and operational record‑keeping Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business, Logistics, Operations, Transportation, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamComfortable using spreadsheets and digital tracking systems Must have a valid driver’s license (7N or Class 5) Willing to work 37.5 hours per week in‑office, in the field, and running errands for 8 weeks Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer
