The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of the VowchedMe experience from onboarding to the recruiter portal to the Reputation Signal display. You'll work directly with the founder and engineering to ship polished, on-brand product.Compensation $110,000 $140,000 USD base, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Own product design across consumer, recruiter, and admin surfaces Lead user research, prototyping, and iterative testing Design systems work components, patterns, and brand consistency Partner closely with engineering on handoff and implementation qualityContribute to brand and marketing design when needed Qualifications 4 7 years of product design experience, ideally on consumer or B2B SaaS products Strong portfolio showing shipped work, not just concepts Fluency in Figma and modern design systems Comfort designing for video-first experiences and complex data displaysSelf-directed and confident operating without heavy process How to Apply: As part of our hiring process and because we believe in what we're building every candidate is asked to create a VowchedMe profile and request video vowches from past colleagues, managers, or collaborators.
