This role collaborates with the Senior Art Director & Senior Graphic Designer to bring creative vision to life through a blend ofhands‑onasset creation,AI ‑ assistedworkflows, and scalable creative systems. This roleis responsible forgenerating originalAI ‑ drivenvisual assets,extendingand adapting Senior Art Director to create imagery, and building repeatable processes that enablehigh‑qualitycreative output at scale. It is a collaborative and execution‑oriented role that sits at the intersection of creative craft, technology, and production efficiency. This role will amplifythecreative. Key Responsibilities Extend, adapt, and refine imagery created by the Sr Art Director across formats, channels, and use cases Support the Art Director in executing concepts by translating direction into production ready assets Maintain a high bar for visual quality, consistency, and cleanliness across all outputs. Develop andmaintainAIassistedcreative workflows, including prompt systems, templates, and variation strategies Establish human ‑ in ‑ the ‑ loop processes to ensure AI outputs meet creative and brand standards Execute arepeatable, scalable systems for creative production without sacrificing craft Optimizeasset pipelines to efficiently produce variations, adaptations, and iterations Create lightweight documentation to support reuse and consistency across creative work Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams as needed to deliver assets Communicate clearly about technical constraints, opportunities, and creative trade‑offs Skills & Experience Required Strong experience generating and manipulating visual assets using modern creative tools Hands‑on experience with AI image generation and augmentation tools Comfort working from creative direction and feedback, especially from an Art Director Solid eye for design, composition, and visual consistency Ability to balance creativity with technical and production constraints Experience building ormaintainingrepeatable creative workflows or systems Nice to Have Experience with creative coding, scripting, or automation Familiarity with versioning, asset management, or production pipelines Interest in emerging creative technologies (generative AI, procedural systems, new visual tools) Prior experience in a studio, agency, or product led creative environment Mindset & Characteristics Execution focused with strong creative judgment Comfortable working in service of a broader creative vision Curious, experimental, and systems oriented Detail driven while thinking at scale Collaborative and open to iteration and feedback Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience This role is eligible for equity, contributing to a competitive total compensation package.
