What We Do: We specialize in full-service landscape maintenance , gardening , planting , hardscaping , and snow & ice management . From routine garden care to large-scale installs and seasonal cleanups, we take pride in delivering top-tier service—efficiently, beautifully, and reliably. The Role: We're looking for someone who can lead a team with confidence and integrity , perform all gardening and maintenance tasks at a high level , and represent Beyond Landscaping with professionalism and pride . This isn’t just a job—it’s a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, efficiency, and excellence . You should be able to: Perform and train others in all garden maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, trimming, and seasonal care. Work both independently and with a team . Train and mentor junior team members with patience and clarity. Drive a pickup truck (license preferred). Bonus if you can drive a snow plow in winter—this will earn you extra points! Identify plants, pests, and diseases.
