Position Description As a co‑op developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of various applications (web, mobile, backend) using a range of languages and technologies. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, analysts, and designers, with whom you will collaborate to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet client needs. The current range is $18–32 per hour. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Responsibilities Participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of web, mobile, or backend applications based on project needs. Contribute to technical design, technology choices, and solution architecture. Efficiently integrate user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers. Perform unit and functional testing, and take part in bug fixing and quality assurance activities. Stay up to date with technological trends to foster innovation in projects. Qualifications Technical Skills Knowledge of several of the following languages and technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, Swift, Kotlin. Experience or interest in modern architectures: microservices, REST, GraphQL, MVC/MVVM. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control tools (Git). Assets Familiarity with cross‑platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native). Basic knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD. Personal Qualities Technological curiosity and versatility.
