Test Developer Co-op/Intern (Quebec) (Québec City)

Job Details Number of positions: 2. Duration: 4 months. Dates: Sept 2026 to Dec 2026. Location: Hybrid in Ottawa, Canada. Responsibilities Innovate alongside our best engineers on projects where you will apply your academic knowledge to solve real‑world problems. Assist in refining customer requirements (where appropriate). Design, develop, and deliver software/scripts to enhance or complement Nokia’s product family. Be provided the mentor and project; you deliver the code. Key Skills and Experience Candidate for a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field at an accredited Canadian institution. Experience and knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, TCL, Python, Perl). Knowledge and hands‑on experience using source control software (e.g., GIT). Familiarity with networking test tools (IXIA, Spirent, Wireshark, etc.) is nice to have. Nice to Have Knowledge of IP/TCP, routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and/or signalling protocols (RSVP, LDP). Knowledge of networking/communications is an asset. Knowledge of real‑time software/operating systems is an asset. Hands‑on experience with IP routers and/or IP test tools is appealing.
