Role Description - Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including managing staff, maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. - Create a welcoming environment for customers, train and inspire the team, and execute company strategies to meet sales targets. - This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Kanata, ON. Qualifications - Strong background in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction. - Excellent communication skills to effectively lead, train, and support team members and interact with customers. - Demonstrated experience in Store Management, including team leadership, inventory management, and achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies and practices to maintain security and reduce shrinkage. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills. - A proven track record in the beauty industry or related field is an asset. - High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or related field is an advantage.
