Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate with staff members. Achieve store’s sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses. While managing and measuring the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting when needed. Develop strategies to grow business, leveraging the customer loyalty program, events, product knowledge, and services. Human Resources : Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals. Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions according to business needs. Train, coach, delegate to supervise, and motivate department Managers and Leads to develop their leadership and business skills. Ensure a coaching culture is present that includes timely acknowledgement of successes, and feedback on opportunities. Both through day-to-day coaching and through quarterly development meetings. Merchandising and Operations : Conduct inventories, maintain updated inventory records, and communicate inventory issues/concerns to key stakeholders. Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions by Sephora’s concepts when necessary, to grow the business. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry. Proven track record of coaching a high-performing team and a passion for training, development, and education. Previous experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership. Effective in time management, problem-solving, and communication both verbal and written. Experience with Windows, Word, and Excel. Robust business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends and react appropriately, with a proven track record of meeting or achieving targets or KPIs. Strong managerial courage to have tough conversations when needed. Love to learn and grow, always finding new ways to level up through formal schooling or professional experience. Location, Availability, and Physical Requirements On-site: You will work at the location specified in the job posting. Scheduling: Flexibility is key! Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical Requirements: Bend and stretch to stock shelves, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Base salary ranges between CAD$82,200.00 – CAD$102,700.00, plus potential performance-based bonuses, a competitive benefits program, and learning & development initiatives.
