Senior Data Valorization Advisor, P&C Insurance (Quebec City)

Join our Analysis and Business Solutions team and play a key role in improving organizational performance across distribution, underwriting and claims by helping optimize our processes and improving cost management in P&C; insurance. As a senior P&C; insurance data valorization advisor, youll act as a trusted expert in advanced analytics. Our team leads projects that include developing dashboards to monitor average claim costs and applying diagnostic analytics to phone calls made to the Client Relations Centre. More specifically, you will be required to: Advise partners on business needs and propose analytical approaches. Conduct rigorous assessments of operational issues. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations. Define the best strategy for operationalizing solutions and roll them out in collaboration with partners. Support team members in their technical and career development.
