Description
Responsibilities Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet required deadlines. Create training schedules, confirm duration, book classrooms and optimize capacity. Handle data entry to assign skills and certifications to employees who have completed training. Update the Learning Management System (LMS). Support special projects such as process improvement, the French language program, the new LMS implementation (e.g., PowerBI integration), and ad hoc requests. Adapt responsibilities as the internship progresses based on learning curve. Qualifications Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field. Completed a minimum of two study terms in the program. Strong communication skills in spoken and written French and English. Valuable organizational and planning skills. Solid computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is an asset). Demonstrates good judgment and works well in a multidisciplinary team. Additional Information Location: Dorval Plant 3 Duration: 8 months Work arrangement: Hybrid with flexible workplace Travel: Interns may be required to travel outside Canada for training/work purposes.
