Job Overview Position: Project Manager – Manufacturing (Longueuil, QC). The role is based in Longueuil, Monday to Friday, exclusively in office, with flexible hours. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse groups across the company, lead impactful initiatives, and drive manufacturing line transformation. You will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting‑edge technologies to keep our operations at the forefront of innovation, while delivering on customer commitments. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Work in collaboration with production teams and manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment. Perform capacity analysis for various production lines. Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand. Manage the implementation of capital and continuous‑improvement projects. Plan shop layout modifications related to the installation of new equipment or equipment moves. Develop strategic plans, including core business definition and the introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry 4.0 fundamentals. Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting the business needs and vision. Qualifications Bachelor of engineering with 5 years or more of experience in project management. Experience in a manufacturing company. Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual in English and French (oral and written). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and MS‑Project. Knowledge of SAP (asset). Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms from international partners, and to communicate in English with customers and suppliers.
