Develop EWIS strategy and new harness concepts for current and new development programs. Integrate EWIS with system, cabinet, and structure groups internally or externally. Provide technical support on change‑management implementation (RFC, PCR). Contribute by participating in other tasks depending on program needs and demonstrate flexibility to adapt. Qualifications College or University degree in Avionics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience in 3D design. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace. Over 5 years of CATIA V5 experience in harness routing; NX harness routing experience is an asset. Experience in wiring design, installation, and/or troubleshooting, and familiarity with ECAD (Capital tools & processes). Familiarity with FAR Part 25 sub‑part H and the certification rules addressing EWIS. Familiarity with SAE-AS50881 covering all aspects of EWIS. Strong sense of responsibility and good organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read/write in French and English. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with BM’s, RAE documents and BAPS related to harnesses. Innovative and open to current ideas.
