Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers Conduct remote patrol and provide access control, responding to emergency situations in a timely manner Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity Complete incident reports for security purposes Respond to emergencies and, if required, escort law enforcement agencies to the scene Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and carry out all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual in English and French, proficient in both verbal and written communication Availability to work full‑time, with rotating shifts of nights, evenings, weekends, and days Must hold a valid Ontario Security guard license Robust observational skills with the ability to detect and respond to security threats Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Proficiency in using security equipment and technology Ability to work in a high‑volume and fast‑paced setting, involving constant intercom use, phone calls, and computer‑based reporting What We Offer $25 per hour Full benefits package after 3 months Pension plan, paid sick days (after 12 months), and free uniforms Opportunities for advancement and development within Securitas Canada Securitas Canada celebrates diversity, and we welcome and encourage applications from women, Aboriginal peoples, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities.
