Location Address: 1021 Cyrville Road, Ottawa Salary / Pay: $20.82/hour About the Role As an LCBO Customer Service Representative for Summer 2026, you will be an on‑site team member reporting to the store manager and will receive paid training in store operations, customer service, and product knowledge—including wine, beer, ciders, and spirits. The position runs from May4,2026 to September7,2026, and is open to individuals who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience. Serve customers using the cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable experience. Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign). Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys. Receive product, replenish shelves, and face‑up products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store—clean up spills and broken bottles. Lift cases up to 40lbs (18kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods. About You Comfortable working with teammates and customers. Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, student, or work permit). At least 18 years old. Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus. Agree to complete a Criminal Background Check at your own expense before starting work with the LCBO. Required Availability Friday (5:00PM – Close) Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4‑to‑8‑hour shift) Long weekend, Victoria Day weekend, Canada Day weekend, Civic Holiday weekend, Labour Day weekend Additional work may be available Monday–Thursday based on store needs.
