Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. Duties - Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards - Cook Breakfast menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards - Handle food safely and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times - Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment - Assist with plating dishes for service - Support kitchen staff during busy hours by providing timely assistance - Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines - Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements - Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting - Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required - Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering quality service This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their culinary skills within a professional environment while contributing to an outstanding dining experience.
