Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team either full time or part time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and efficient route management. Candidates with skills in heavy equipment operation, and equipment repair will be highly valued. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a energetic environment with growth potential. **Minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience with valid insurance carrier letter is required. Responsibilities - Safely operate commercial trucks (walking floor, equipment float) to transport freight across designated routes - Load and unload freight using excavators or other heavy equipment as needed - Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks to ensure safety and compliance - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation - Document delivery details accurately and maintain proper records of shipments - Communicate effectively - Assist with loading/unloading cargo, ensuring proper securing of freight for transit - Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with automotive repair specialists when necessary Skills - Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ) with a clean driving record - Experience operating excavators and heavy equipment preferred - Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols - Basic automotive repair skills for routine vehicle maintenance - Experience in an off road setting is mandatory - Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and clients - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required - Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road This role is integral to our logistics operations, requiring dedication to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
