Automotive Mechanic Trenton

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join MC Garage opening soon in Trenton. Duties Review work orders and collaborating with supervisors to diagnose repair. Advise customers on work completed, the condition of their vehicle and any future expected repairs. Inspect, road test and identify malfunctions in all vehicle systems. Order parts based on repairs needed. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and system inspections Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate techniques. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each service order. Requirements Must have graduated from an apprentice based program with a trade or vocational diploma/certificate. For example, a Red Seal Certificate. More than three years experience as an automotive technician. Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately using technical manuals or schematics. Applicant must be deadline and detail oriented, with solid communications skills. Must hold a valid driver license.
