General Machinist (Trenton)

TrenTech Inc. established in 2011 is a custom machining and fabrication shop in Trenton, Ontario, delivering quality products to our valued customers. We are a busy shop looking for an experienced and skilled full-time or part time General Machinist to help support our team. TrenTech offers a unique manufacturing work environment where hours are appealing and generally stable (typically 6 am - 2 pm Monday to Friday). Renumeration dependent on experience. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience in custom machining using conventional type equipment such as milling machines, lathes, drill press etc. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, blueprints and safety rules with attention to detail - Have strong mathematical and mechanical skills - Able to multi-task and meet production deadlines - Have reliable transportation - Additional fabrication skills such as welding or other shop experience an asset This is a permanent full time position offering 40 hours per week.
