We are seeking a Part-Time Budtender Island smoke is Quinte areas first licensed cannabis retail store with drive-through located in Trenton ON. 100% locally owned and operated. We offer a large range of cannabis and accessories it is our goal to offer safe and legal cannabis products in a relaxing and friendly environment. Duties/ responsibilities - Reports to the store manager & Assistant Manager - greets and engages customers in a friendly manner - be an exemplary role model of the Island Smoke brand - Stay up-to-date on current strands and products that we offer - demonstrates excellent knowledge of cannabis products - responsible for processing sales and all types of payments on a POS terminal - Flexible with job duties ex: answer phones, floor sales, cash counter, check ID at door - Help maintain cleanliness of the store (sweeping, wiping down surfaces etc) - Fulfill online click and collect orders - Adhere to all operational rules, regulations, policies and procedures and ongoing training - Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty - Answering phones - positive work ethic is a must Requirements/Qualifications - Cannabis Knowledge is A MUST - Complete cannsell certificate before first day of work(at your own cost) - Able to pass criminal record check - 19 + years of age or older - excellent customer service skills and follow the rules put in place - strong communication skills - positive attitude and a team player, follow all rules - Retail experience preferred - you are passionate about cannabis and is excited to bring it to the market for recreational purposes - Able to lift boxes 5-30lbs - Must be available and willing to work days, evenings and weekends, holidays - You are trustworthy and customer oriented - you are open to feedback and coaching - Respected by your colleagues because you lead by example with hard work, honesty and integrity !!!an exciting new career awaits you at Island Smoke!!!!!
