We pride ourselves on consistency, efficiency, and a strong client experience. Position Overview: We are hiring full-time Photographers in Central AB (Red Deer and surrounding areas). This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, technically capable, and comfortable working independently while representing our brand on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Capture professional interior and exterior real estate photography - Travel to multiple property locations daily - Transport and set up company-provided mirrorless camera equipment - Communicate professionally with clients and homeowners - Upload and organize photo files promptly after each shoot - Follow company standards, workflows, and timelines Requirements: - Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required) - Ability to transport photography equipment between job sites - Available for full-time hours (including some weekends) - Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly - Basic photography experience (strong asset) - Comfortable using mirrorless or DSLR cameras - Strong attention to detail and time management - Professional, punctual, and dependable Preferred (Strong Asset): - Prior experience in photography (real estate or related fields) - Experience in client-facing or customer service roles Training: We provide structured training to ensure all team members meet our quality and workflow standards. Candidates with prior camera experience will be prioritized.
