Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment and preventing loss or damage through proactive surveillance and enforcement of safety protocols. Responsibilities - Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety. - Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols. - Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes. - Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and loss prevention. - Assist with access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, or vendors. - Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. - Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards or security breaches. Qualifications - Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies. - Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to remain calm and skilled in high-pressure situations. - Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately. - Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
