Courier, Central Foothills (Sundre)

Responsibilities Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; provide related customer service functions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and good driving record; meet minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.

Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Bilingual in French and English (for Quebec).

No more than two infractions or accidents in the previous 24 months.

Must meet all mandatory training requirements and maintain annual accreditations if applicable.

Must work various shifts and be flexible to meet operational needs.
