Seasonal Property Maintenance Worker, Central Foothills (Sundre)

Start your summer with a rewarding Maintenance Worker position at Parkland Community Living&Supports Society based in Red Deer. This seasonal job offers hands-on experience in property upkeep and maintenance.

From May 4 to August 21, 2026, you will work Monday to Friday, engaging in maintenance activities across residential sites. Collaborating with the Property Manager, you'll develop skills through projects like painting and performing general upkeep that fosters community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with the general maintenance of residential properties • Paint and stain decks and railings • Conduct cleaning and minor repair tasks • Help with inventory checks and operational responsibilities • Follow safety protocols using PPE

Requirements:• Completed Grade 12 diploma • Physically able to perform job duties reliably • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a vehicle • Acceptable Driver’s Abstract • Pass a Police Information Check
