Description
Responsibilities

Creating eye-catching graphics, images and visual content for various marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, website, and print material.

Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with our Brand Identity.

Ensuring that all graphics are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing channels.

Assisting in managing Evergreen Co-op social media accounts, while creating engaging content.

Developing online relationships with community organizations, and page followers.

Attend community events with the Marketing team to represent Evergreen Co-op.

Supporting email marketing efforts including list management and content creation.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as required.

Assisting with donation requests and communication with applicants.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization and writing skills

Creative mindset and strong attention for detail&design

Highly organized with excellent project management skills

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Strong initiative to create, motivate&drive projects forward

Preferably 1 year of experience with social media, graphic design&video software

Class 5 Drivers License

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and/or weekends when required

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Ability to travel to Evergreen Co-op locations in Co-op vehicle or use personal vehicle with paid mileage

Willing to learn and take on new duties over time.

Ability to lift 50 lbs
