Manager for Music Lessons and Programs, Central Foothills (Sundre)

Lead music lessons coordination as a focused Manager. Oversee teacher schedules, student registrations, and maintain performance standards for a thriving educational hub.

This role involves working alongside the Director of Music Education to apply Lesson Centre Policies effectively. You will manage all aspects of teacher oversight including evaluations and pay, while also developing group classes and events like recitals. Your focus will be on maintaining records and resolving any issues with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate teacher schedules and student registrations • Maintain attendance records for students and teachers • Train and supervise lesson staff effectively • Resolve student and parent complaints • Promote and market music centre offerings

Requirements:• Three years of instrumental music study experience • Thorough knowledge of music education • Flexible availability for weekday and weekend work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in customer account management
